Lesson 1
In this lesson Alex will cover the principles of design, you’ll learn how to find and organize reference, and finally you will sketch your vehicle in 2D.
Lesson 2
In this lesson you’ll learn some of Alex’s favorite 3D workflows and then begin your 3D sketch. You’ll continuously check in with paintovers until you have a solid 3D design to work with.
Lesson 3
From here you will model your vehicle again, using the 3D sketch as a base to create a cleaner version of the design.
Lesson 4
At this point you will begin adding in kitbash elements and other small details, solving design issues as they appear.
Lesson 5
In this lesson you will finish your 3D model, adding in any further elements and polish needed to make it look its best. Then you will finalize your materials and render out shots.
Lesson 6
Now you will create a set of final deliverables, showing your vehicle in standalone shots, dynamic keyframes, turntables, and even making an entirely new variant design.
