An industrial harbor is now a poisonous desert. An environment I built in Unreal Engine for a mentoship of concept art with Jama Jurabaev.
World creation and city design
This isn't still the fully polished version. I built the terrain using World Creator, exporting the height map and texture masks. With Brushify.io I used the masks to paint desert, dunes, craters and mud, retouching the textures. I built several assets in Blender, starting from some ships available on SketchUp Warehouse, some industrial machinery from CGTrader and I sculpted sand around them. The low-res industrial area in the background comes from Google Earth, and I sculpted sand around it. This is the basic setup from which I will chose some angles to refine lighting and proceed with overpainting.
