So my story about Time. Thank you very much for this course Michael!

Here is my version of the pre production Creative Deck.

This course was really great. I had a brilliant time exploring the precedural work flow and getting an intro to Octane and X Particles.

I really enjoyed the exploration of options in a procedural work flow. There were some nuggets of knowledge throughout the tutorials. Thanks Michael! At this stage I want to keep the look and feel fairly flexible.

First steps into the amazing world of procedural design. Michael Rigley is an amazing teacher and the journeys are very rich and full of useful insights. I've also finally managed to approach to inDesign for the first time, which was a huge gap in my CV even if it's quite simple if you know illustrator.

My project is inspired by the idea of a being that exists beyond time and space, a sleeping conscience that lives in the hyperuranium or a macroverse, that forces himself into a process of self creation. Self awarness becomes a being made of primordial energy and matter.

The references that i've picked for now are mostly about the palette (ice/lava) and the contrast between energy and solid matter.

I've also uploaded some tests for my base geo, but i'm planning to update it after the next lesson.

I finally got my narrative to a place that I'm happy with. next to that I spent a lot of time designing the deck, it was very helpful to figure out what the best way of organizing the information was.
The three base geo renders are basic first tests, next week I'm going to flesh them out. The third version is my preferred one in terms buildings.
Thanks Michael for all the information so far!
All feedback and input is highly appreciated.

Hi Michael,

Just to let you know that I have started the course and so far I think this is great. Your way of explaining things is extremely good and I am enjoying it a lot. So far I have only done the 1st chapter, cant wait to get into the other ones :) I see you have another one, but I am not so much into animation as into creating great looking still frames. Looking forward to more like this one .....

One thing I think already mentioned to someone within learnsquared, is the possibility of getting discount for some of the license software that is needed in the courses learnsquared offers. For example, I dont have Xparticles yet, only the demo version. It would be great if you could get agreements with these companies to offer a kind of student discount if you get their software though your courses. Just an idea.

Thanks again !

i cant download files :(

it's working. :)
