Can you tell me what spec your computer is or even the model name of the computer? I want to have one that can handle rendering 3D and photoshop

Yep I back up that reply, I personnaly have a i9 CPU with a RTX3090 graphic card and 64Gb of memory but you can do with wayyyy lower. It runs smooth on my laptop which has a i7, 16Gb of memory and a GTX1650 graphic card.

I think Blender's ( https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/ ) mentioned requirements are the most commonly mentioned in other 3D Softwares, and if you can properly run any 3D software, photoshop will run perfectly too .
